We do not guarantee an error-free description or product visual material. In this vein, we may periodically make changes to the descriptions, price, images, etc, as when due. Our users may not receive regular notifications for updates like these, as they will be updated and available in the checkout area to check before your final purchase.
3. Product Ordering and Payment
To make a successful order on Kenix Stores, we strongly suggest you provide us with correct and accurate information, like your name, email address, and other important information that will be needed to ship your product during checkout. If you wish to ship to another location or gift someone in a different location, please use the Ship to Different Location checkout on the checkout page.
Also, by placing an order on our platform, you agree to pay the specified total amount on checkout or after checkout, depending on your mode of payment.
Payments are processed through our secure payment channels or with a direct payment option for bank transfers.
4. Product Shipping and Delivery
Our goal is to assemble and dispatch orders as soon as they are placed. The delivery of products is dependent on your location. We will make sure your products get to you safely, but we do not bear responsibility for your delivery delay, which may be caused by logistic situations beyond our control, such as shipment rescheduling, etc.
Again, we suggest you provide accurate information, as shipment issues caused by wrong shipping information we will not be liable for. Any extra fee incurred due to product quantity, etc, will be settled by the buyer.
5. Product Returns and Refunds
Warranty, Return, and Refund Warranty
Kenix Stores offers a simple, hassle-free warranty process. Please check below for specific warranty durations, as they vary by product model. This limited manufacturer’s warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

Smart watches — 6 months
Ear buds — 6 months
Chargers — 1 year
Cables — 6 months
Headphones — 1 year

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Kenix Stores or Kenix Stores authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase (see top of page for your product’s warranty timeline).
Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Kenix’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled by Kenix Stores
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value when available; otherwise, a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Kenix Stores will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
PROCESS:
• Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
• Kenix must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
• The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
• It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
• For defective items that Kenix needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to New Age or if the defective item is not returned.
Valid proof of purchase:
•Order number from online purchases made through Kenix or Kenix authorized dealers
• Sales invoice
• Dated sales receipt from an authorized
Kenix dealer that shows a description of the product along with its price
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the address the item was originally shipped to).
Warranty claims for product defects expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or the 30-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
Delivery cost must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
• Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
• Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
• Buyer’s accidental returns
• Returning personal items
• Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Kenix quality control to be in working condition
• Returning defective items in international shipping
• Costs associated with unauthorized
returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Not Covered Under Warranty:
• Products without sufficient proof of purchase
• Lost or stolen products
• Items that have expired their warranty period
• Non-quality-related issues
• Free products
• Repairs through 3rd parties
• Damage from outside sources
• Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly, and current).
We do not refund for products; we will bear the responsibility to change the product in cases where it’s damaged or punctured during delivery, and this will be confirmed by the delivery company for validation. When returning and shipping back, the customer will bear the responsibility for shipping fees.
In cases where the report of a damaged product exceeds 24 hours after product delivery is confirmed, we will not change or refund for such product of delay.
6. Intellectual Property
Kenix Stores’ products and content are not limited to only our logo, visual content, or product materials. In this vein, we do not permit any use or reproduction of our products, content, or alteration of any of our materials for any reason without contacting us.
